You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future billing. Access typically remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support for review.
If your account includes setup, onboarding, or assisted CRM connection work, those services may be non-refundable once work has begun.
