These Terms govern access to and use of The Nut Report. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Nut Report provides business reporting, dashboard access, CRM-connected data views, and related onboarding and support services for service businesses.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your login credentials, and limiting access to authorized users inside your organization.
Paid access is provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription details, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are governed together with the refund and cancellation policy.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nut Report is provided without liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
